About Lolo

My favorite aspects of touring are community and catering – two things that I believe go hand in hand. Catering is one of the few moments on tour where we can actually build community. Like our kitchens at home, it’s where we decompress, catch up, and most importantly share a meal together.

With an M.S. in Nutrition Science and more than a decade of touring experience, I will make sure your camp is taken care of from the first show to the final curtain call.

How It Works

Before the tour: We will meet with you to gather all of the necessary information for budgeting, meal planning, and rider preparation. Once dates are confirmed, we get right to work locking in caterers, negotiating rates, and advancing the shows.

During the tour: Menus are sent to you each week prior to your arrival at the venues. We remain on call through the entire tour should you have adjustments or special requests, and are always a phone call away if any problems pop up at the last minute.

After the tour: We love to collect feedback – your team’s favorite meals, ideas for the future, etc. You’ll also receive an end-of-tour recap that breaks down how much money you were able to save by hiring us. Besides saving you from the work itself, most of our tours end up saving a considerable amount simply by having a professional to negotiate catering costs.
