Food Lover


The biggest thing I love about touring is community. The second thing I love is catering. Why? Because I feel like those two things go hand and hand. Catering is one of the only few moments on tour where we can build community. At home it takes place in the kitchen and on the road it takes place in catering. It’s where we decompress, catch up, sit in silence, but most importantly share a meal.

The advancement piece is crucial to make sure everything is communicated and prepared before you set foot in the venue, and having it done right can be ofter the difference between a good show day and a bad one. Ultimately, my job is for you and your camp to eat great and not have to think about it!
